Unable to post in the Services for Sale section. Why?

Hey guys and mods,

I'm unable to post in the Services for Sale section. I'd really like to understand why.

I've been a member for more than 60 days. I'm Jr. VIP. I have a 10+ rep. I currently do not have any infractions.

And when I try to submit my thread, it says "Sorry, you must comply with our agreement in order to make a post in this forum."

I believe others have faced the same problems, which is why I'm posting it here. Any suggestions?

Mods please feel free to move the thread if I'm in the wrong place.

There is a box you need to tick when you submit the thread

Like a terms and conditions or something. Cant remember

Just a quick update. There's actually an 'I agree' box at the bottom that I have to check. Didn't see that the first time round. Thanks a bunch ahiddenman. +rep for you.
