... Whether or not you blog has nothing to do with it. You'll have to pay again to become a Jr VIP.
Means I have to pay again $97 for Jr. VIP? or $30 for my new thread only! I'm really confused...

Once you have 100 posts, then you will need to pay $97 to upgrade to JrVIP and once you are JrVIP then you will have to pay $30 for the marketplace thread.
but I already paid for donor and again I have to pay for Jr. VIP?

Yes, you paid to become a Donor, if you want JrVIP you will have to pay again when you have 100 posts

Once you have 100 posts you can pay $97 and become a JrVIP
Donor and JrVIP are 2 separate grades, you can become a Donor at anytime by paying $97.
If you want JrVIP then you have to have 100 posts and make sure you choose the correct upgrade.
