Unable to get backlinks recognized

Hey guys,

Like many of us, I have created a few 2.0 blogs, which in time I will point towards my money site.

I have a problem with a free Wordpress site. (the dot-com version)
On this blog, I have placed 2 articles all with images, videos and plenty of text (600 words each).

In order to push the DA/PA of these sites, I have bought some cheap fiver links. Received the report and the links were actually better than expected. Nice mix of follow / no follow and different anchor text and naked urls. Also created some links myself so there should be around 60-70 backlinks in total.
This was all done in July/August.

When I check the backlinks, Ahrefs can find only one.

No matter what I do, the backlinks just won't show up for this WordPress site.
Anyone experienced the same or know what to do to get things moving?

DA, PA, Ahrefs... forget all that nonsense.

What you want is search engines and mostly Google to recognize them.

Are they indexed?

If so, they count.

uhm..thats the problem. Google didn't index the site. Ahrefs is the tool that finds most backlinks...it has found only 1 out of 70. That's what's weird.
Since Google hasn't indexed it, I am thinking about removing the content and sticking it on another web 2.0

Money site and backlinks are 2 different things.

Money site should definitely be indexed.

Before you move on, trying indexing it with Video Sitemap trick:

You already have a lot of advise from previous reply. Try apply them one by one and see the result.
Focus on contents creation. If you have good contents back links will follow automatically.
