Unable to Disavow Link on GSC

i recently got a spammy links, anda i wanna disavow it..

but the problem is, my domain is not listed in the property


i have add the domain as my properties but still won't work..



so , how can i add my domain into the list of properties, so i can disavow the links

i just find the way to add the properties, the properties which are listed in disavow must contain http or https, so i need to add new properties in the google search console.

and put the domain with https here


then it will listed in the properties
