What's the best source for un-softblocked IPs for CL? Either public or private, I need about 100 per day to use with CLAD.

Private proxies are no good source for that. To be more exact: they are NO source ;)

I guess I have about 700 unblocked IPs right now.
But I don't market them as "get unblocked CL IPs" because I know from many thousand IPs experience that Craigslist will block them slash by slash as soon as a part of each subnet is used for posts.

There is no way to get around it, Craigslist will block private proxies. Even if they are fresh ARIN allocations and are only used to post one ad per IP and week.

So if you insist in non-PVA IPs .. Try public IPs, maybe try Cloakfish (a good part is unblocked and many IPs change daily) ..
You need a source of dynamic IPs from a huge set of subnets to post without PVA.

Will Cloakfish work with CLAD?

It would be a bit complicate because CLAD does not integrate any APIs anymore, I tried it for a while but never received anything else than promises.

Can't recommend the use of CLAD Genius with Cloakfish as it means you need to write scripts and force CLAD through freecap.
Much work to get it done..

What's interesting is that I've had some success posting ads with some public proxies, i.e. I'm not prompted for a PVA, however all those ads are ghosted, whereas the identical ads stick with PVAs/private proxies. Does that still indicate an IP issue, or are there stricter/different content requirements when posting without PVAs?

IP issues can always get your ads ghosted, no doubt.

Are you sure they were ghosted ?
The method I know from Craigslist: The ads go live but will vanish again within about 5 minutes. "auto-flagging"

They were most likely ghosted. I continuously refreshed the CL page until the time updated and they never posted. Anyway, I'm still in search of some method that will deliver unsoftblocked proxies, i.e. no DSL/Dial-up solutions.

It's also interesting that an IP would not be soft-blocked, i.e. posting without a PVA is allowed, yet that same IP automatically ghosts the ad. Doesn't that seem odd?
