Ultraviolet

Does anyone have experience selling these on ebay? I could use a stealth ebay account, but what are the chances that I could face lawsuits/penalties beyond loss of ebay/paypal accounts?
How does Family Video get away with selling these on their website if it is forbidden?

Ultraviolet is the digital copy of movies that comes with Blu-rays and some dvd's btw.
Also, would it be possible that mpaa dicks would buy titles off ebay and then attempt to buy them off me outside of ebay, as evidence i guess. Am i being paranoid?
