Sup,

3 days ago I started create backlinks for my site. (I almost havent done it earlier and never had experience with it) My site was in page 11 on google at that moment.

K, so, I decided I will do backlinks manually (because of new site, etc).
So, as a Ultra Mega Noob, I used firefox private browsing and did about 7~ (from PR 2-5~) blog comments using same IP.

Next day I did about 15-20 forum profile backlinks and I used same the same IP I used before.

Today I cant even find my site in big 'G', checked every page till 30.

So, did I already fucked up by creating 30~ backlinks with same IP and my site got sandboxed or some shit or
it is just so called another google dance?

Help a noob out :D, thnx!

Creating backlinks from your computers IP address won't matter one bit.

If you have 30 backlinks with websites on the same server, sharing the same IP, it might look kind of bad, like you're trying to promote your own websites.

SEO takes time, and it takes more than backlinks.

Did you ping the backlinks?
Have you submitted an XML sitemap?
Google webmaster tools? Yahoo? Bing?
On page SEO?

I havent, I read somewhere here that you can leave it without pinging it. But I just did some research and found that its a MUST to ping forum profile backlinks.

XML sitemap - again, nope. Btw, is it the same as robots.txt for blogger? or I am wrong

Umm, damn, I havent used google webmaster tools before D:, gonna read about it right now, what do I do with it? (lol)

On page SEO- yes, a little bit, metacontent keywords, unique content, alt and anchors texts.

Fuck, just from your post I had to research some things I didnt know and I learnt smth new, lol.
Im noob at SEO, gonna lurk more.

Btw, Im just paranoid that I couldnt find my site on google after I did some backlinks, but thnx for the answer.

its a MUST to ping forum profile backlinks.
I never do that, who cares, just make a quality site, and if Google catch your link great, if they miss it, who cares.

site:yoursitename.com This is how you search for your site

i don't know much about SEO but making backlinks from one ip doesn't matter as long as the website's from which you are backlinking are not on same server.

I have seen this happen, even without backlinks. Had a carpet cleaning site debut at spot 8, then drop off the front page after three weeks, completely out of the top 1000 (according to rank tracker). Stayed gone over 3 weeks, then popped back in right where it was before. Moved up from there.

I had done only some local directories, and I stopped when it dived.

I don't know if it was dancing in the sandbox, or on vacation in Bermuda, but it has been stable since.

If you want, pm me your KW and site, and I will see if Rank Tracker can find it in the top 1000 spots.
