Ultra Fast Internet Browsing - Phone Specs

Ok. I know the service provider plays a huge role in this but can anyone recommend the proper combination of specs and maybe settings that can guarantee that I am able to squeeze all the juice out of my ISPs internet plan when using my android phone? There are times when I plug my android phone (gaming) onto an ethernet dongle so I wire the connection in vs wireless. Wanted to know what the device needs to have under the hood as well for the fastest connectivity and response should be

Not an Apple user so I guess that would rule out the Bionics (A14-15) Which would point us to Snapdragon 888 or 888 Plus. Is this all I need or do I need to consider what sort of RAM size I need to have? And anything else to consider before purchasing with the above mentioned intent?
