The proxy list should be like this..

Ok ive tested it
I added about 10 accounts and about 10 videos to the system, making the text files was fine.. its a little work but once youre set up with the accounts you don't have to change it. Then i looked up some of my videos and add them to a list as well, all very straight forward and easy to use.
Unfortunately the proxy list wasn't working for me, i tried several different ways to enter the proxy but the program kept crashing.
When i was all set up i pressed the start button and within seconds it was done! really fast.. was very impressed with that. Very simple to use software, if you fix or explain the proxy thing it would be perfect.
Thanks for letting me try it out.

I tried that but it crashed every time

REVIEW FOR BOTH THE COMMENTOR AND RATER!
I have reviewed the beta copy of this program and I have to say, AMAZING!
I've been waiting for a GOOD / WORKING / FAST Youtube Commenter and Rater for a LONG time, and this programm definately surpasses the bar.
PROS:
Fast Setup. Easy to Use. Working!
CONS:
YouTube Video Lists almost always come as the full www.youtube.com/whatever format, not just the x1351gsdg1 extension. I have talked to the creator, and he said he is fixing it so that it accepts both!
In the commentor, It does not accept .txt files of comments to submit. I have talked to the creator about this also.
FINAL STATEMENT:
Personally, I am a CPA Advertisor who uploads TONS of YT videos.
This is the perfect tool for me. It increases my ratings / gives good user comments, and is just all around easy to use.
If this was for sale, personally I'd pay up to 80$ for the combined programs.
