Ultimate SEO Shutting down?

Just got an e-mail from ULTIMATE SEO saying they are no longer selling forwarded numbers. I spoke to someone the other day from UsLandLines who claims they are still in business without any issues. Anyone still buying from uslandlines and can back that up?

Maybe there is another thread on this in CL area?
