Well do you know that Adbluemedia (formerly known as CPA Build) website was reported for spamming and scamming so that’s why they decided to close the registration portal so now that they have open the registration portal they obviously don’t wanna repeat the same mistake so if you want Adbluemedia to approve you Never tell them that you gonna promote offer through push/pop ads or anything that includes paid ads what Adbluemedia want is organic traffic.
