Hi guys,

I have ran several blasts of wiki's with UD and always had decent results. Today, I am getting '0' completed links. The error is connection related: "InternalServerError - Unable to connect to the remote server An exception occurred during a WebClient request. Please try again."

Has anybody received this error? If so, can you shed some light on what is happening?

Thanks
Dujow

Doesn't sound like a WIKI problem sounds like connection to Edwinsoft server.
A server call home is done every time you log in (and updates are done silently during the login process unless there is an official "bug fix or new feature" update in which case it's a download)
The server has only been down a couple of times in the past 8 months, and then only an hour here and there. If you still have the problem send a ticket to Edwinsoft supp0rt with the detail you put in the OP.

Worth noting another possibility...

An error very much like this (if memory serves me right) also occurs if you have bought a second hand license off someone who has scammed you, taken your money, and cancelled the licnese. In which case you need to find whoever stole your money and take whatever action you can (but you've probably lost your money). I had a guy join my Ultimate Demon forum/site a few weeks ago report an error a lot like that. Turned out he had bought it off a thread on a BH forum (not this one BH Planet i think) for $100 off the price. Guy who had bought the license originally used a stolen CC, sold the product on before the stoled CC was reported, took the money off the sucker, and disappeared.

Sure that isn't the case with you though. Contact the devs with the error code and they will put you right or tell you what the issue is
Personally I'm hoping the delay is a sign they are testing the new link tree feature server side - but that's probably wishful thinking :)

Okay Scritty, I will contact them after I try again tomorrow. You bet it is not the second possibility, I bought mine from the website a while back. Btw, I love your videos. I somehow always wind up at one of them whenever I try to figure something out with UD.

WIKI submissions are not working for last 2 days...this seems to be major problem from Ultimate Demon side. Tried more than 5 times....thought it was error on execution ...change all parameters still not working ....... showing 0 submissions :( ...Raised ticket still no reply from ultimate demon staff....thanks ....any update would be posted here

Seoment, I posted a thread on the UD forum at forum.edwinsoft.com. We'll see what they come up with.

Not yet. They don't know what it could be on the forum, so I opened a support ticket.

This is the reply I got from support:

The error message
"InternalServerError - Unable to connect to the remote server An exception occurred during a WebClient request. Please try again."
indicates that the site is offline.
It can also be a connection issue that caused the site not to be loaded.
You can try picking a few of the wiki sites that you are encountering this issue with and try loading them using your Internet Browser to see if they are offline.
You can also pass me a small sample of 5 sites to take a look.
The list of sites that comes with UD is maintained on a weekly basis to ensure the success rate of at least 70% for both account creation and submission.
However, the success rate for self-added sites depend greatly on the quality of self-added sites that are added into UD.
Regards,

So, I guess I can conclude that ALL my wikis, thousands, all went offline at the same time. I will have to look into this more tomorrow.
