Yeah - I'm also using it. Getting some top notch high success lists for my members to plug in as a starting point. BIG update on my site due Tuesday next week (it's a BH weekend here in the UK). Very easy to use, just need to feed it with content and press go. Brilliant stuff.

I can't believe the turnover of sites. I have a site I've scraped 3x in the last year. In 2011 it ran on a wordpres platform, then in Feb of this year moved to Mediawiki, now it's one of those "pintrest style photo site in a box" things. I wish some of these webmasters would make a plan and stick to it.
Fresh packets of sites are VITAL.
Loads of WPMU sites are closed for sign up - more again allow you to sign up but not submit until you have been personally approved by the webmaster. 50 good links is worth what 250 links were worth in 2009. Worth factoring that in when making these link trees. You need a solid set of sites for your first tier.
EDIT - big update is probably wednesday. All my scrapebox licenses were down for the whole weekend as the server it calls in to was hit by DDOS attack . Put my project back a day. Sorry folks.

I fixed it by lowering the percentage that the previous tier must be complete before starting tier 2.
BY default it looks for 100% completion, and this rarely happen. Lowering that to somewhere in the mid-late 90's does the trick (95-97%) it will then start the subsequent tiers while still going back to check sign ups and submits to the previous one.
I find many projects stick on 99% and before the link ring update I just marked them "complete" but by default the link ring waits for a tier to be complete before moving to the next one.
Just set the percentage a couple of notches down and you're good to go.
