you should have 4 for each country
top 20 is alot to handle, top countrys only us,uk,ca,au,nz,nl should suffice and the rest send the rest to a locker from a content locker provided from a incentive network, adwork, adscendmedia etc etc



if you have some content to entice them then give them a tease time if not then lock automatically.
