Can anyone recommend me a fair priced provider who offers either residential or 4g proxies in the UK? Ideally not a service charging crazy prices like $15 per GB. I'll be using the service for online betting so a static IP would be ideal, but can deal with a rotating 4g IP aslong as it's not too frequent. Must be private as well.

I would suggest you to check the BHW Proxies marketplace for providers (they usually list the prices and features so you can analyze which work best for you). You can also try posting in the "Want to Buy" (i think this is what it's called?) thread. Hopefully, you should come across a reliable provider.

It's not something major that you're looking for. If I were you, I would go to well-known providers and see what they have to offer. It's the best source to get your proxies from.

Where abouts? I've been searching different sellers but allot don't have UK 4g residential proxies available. If you could recommend that would be appreciated.
