Most Static ISP providers should have UK Static Proxies. Virgin and Colt ISP's are quite common

Depending on how 'static' you want your proxies to be you could go for either mobile or residential proxies
It will depend on the provider but it's very possible to have the same IP on a mobile proxy for weeks and sometimes even months at a time. Different mobile network operators function differently in this regard so you'll want to clarify this with a proxy provider before purchasing one.
If you need a static IP long term, for multiple months for example, you'll likely want to go with a more traditional static residential proxy provider.
As mentioned already, both types of provider can be found on the Proxies for Sale section in the BHW Marketplace. Find some providers offering proxies in the country you're after, ask some questions, take out some free trials and see what works best for your needs!

Go to the forum's https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/ check for providers that offer static proxies in the UK, and ask for trials and refund policies. Don't waste your time if they don't have these options.
