UK SMS Reciever?

Sorry if this is incorrect sub forum, I need to verify my UK Ebay account but I am not from UK, I need to verify it via SMS with UK number, do you know some website to do this for free or maybe for a small amount?

I tried Pinger but I didnt recieve message to verify it.

I used google, but that tool dont work with Ebay.
