you can just upload images of scanned IDs to them. I copied my own drivers license and edited the address to match my paypal account. It takes a little work but is not that hard. Took the limitation off a day after I uploaded it. And F- Gaypal... for the record

you can actually buy photoshopped ids? lol... yes the photoshopped id will work fine.. just dont do what i did; i wrote gaypal on my utility bill as part of my address just as some example text while i was just finding the appropriate font... then i printed it out land faxed it to them.. i was gutted when i realised what i did.. and yes.. Fuck gaypal
