Hello
I have created a Marshall Island Company and have opened an EMI for this company. But most of the companies that I want to collaborate ( I want to buy services from them ) do no accept Marshall Island. I have searched the forum and I have seen that you can create an UK LTD with out KYC.

I want to know if I can create a company in UK using my Marshall Island company ? I have these documents from shareholder and director:

1. Passport ( notarized )
2. Selfie with passport
3. Address ( notarized )

I want to open a company in UK or any other country that is not Offshore.

Yes, you could try it. You have all docs you need.
 
yes you can create withkout kyc but you'll not get any bank without kyc
 
For Company registration usually you won't need but later no service at all will allow anything without kyc
Banks/Payment gateways
 
yes you can create a company without KYC but after services like payment methods you surely need a KYC!
