UK Hosting for First Website

Hi Everyone,

Sorry if this has been posted a thousand times I have tried searching the forums and google but all I have found are advertisements, which I assume are affiliates.

I am going to set up my first website (which is quite a big deal for me) I will want to monetize this and hopefully be able to turn a profit by using affiliates etc.

What I want to know is who would be the best host provider for me based in the UK, price isn't too much of an issue but ideally the cheaper the better as with everything in life.

As a former EUK Customer do not use these guys

My mysql kept crashing, they told me its because google was crawling my website too much????

In reality their server hardware had a fault.

No one is perfect in this industry...each of them have some or other bad reviews...not everyone will have good experiences...if that would have been the case then there wudn't be other hosting companies popping out every day....

thank you for your prompt response I will have a look tonight, completely new to everything so will be researching a lot before I dive in!
