UK Facebook Marketing Software wanted - Cost is not a problem...

I?m new to Facebook Marketing and need some advice-

I have several UK websites and would like to advertise these websites to only ?United Kingdom? Facebook users.

Do any of you know the best software to use for this that is also ?Country Specific??

Facebook has geo targeting so you can make sure only u.k users see your ads, no need for software it's all on their website.
