UK ebay stealth account help setting up

When I make stealth accounts I usually make them on a VPS. You can generally get VPS's for $10-$12. It helps to make sure the address is in the same region as your IP address, but it isn't necessary.

How did you set up the account without the ip address changed first?

well i basically done all the back end stuff first on my normal machine, the VCC / bank account / fake details / fake phone
before i setup the ebay and paypal account i did some research and asked in the forum
i reset my routers external IP address and then were off!!
i just need to open a bank account now

Okay when you reset your routers and everything did it successfully assign you a new IP Address? First, before doing anything you
should change your IP and change it well. Then you add all of your details to the account to create the accounts. But the IP Address
is a critical first step. So if you successfully got assigned a new IP from your ISP then you would not need a proxy.

yeah my router got a brand new IP from my ISP
i have a personal account which paypal just limited (a**holes)
how can i access that without messing with my other account? as i need to get money out of the old account

I have always use a pre-paid internet air card. It gives you unlimited IP's (at least Verizon here in the US does). Back when I was doing a lot of eBay business I was running several stealth accounts at once with it.

Exactly..... dongle just always sounded funny to me! haha. I actually started out tethering my iPhone for that purpose, then AT&T (my iPhone service provider) changed something and I was only rotating like 10 IP's, which didn't work for the 20 stealth accounts I had, so I switched to Verizon which has HUGE IP pool.

Oh, and I don't use an actual dongle. They have "hotspots" now that you can buy, which you can hookup up to 10 devices at the same time. My particular one is called a "JetPack".
