UK eBay and Paypal Stealth Accounts

Hey everyone,

I am looking for ebay and paypal accounts from the UK that are completely stealth.

I dont want to use any of my details in creating the accounts and the paypal account needs to have withdrawing limits removed.

The problem I think is going to happen is the withdrawing of the money out of paypal. I know in the US, you guys can buy those ATM withdraw cards very easily and they work, but in the UK, I dont know how to find a way of taking the money out of paypal without using my own bank account?

I know there is services for the US but nothing for the UK that I can find, would be nice to find something though.
