UK Amazon Associates and VAT?

Hi all,

Does anyone here in the UK invoice Amazon Associates through their own company?

I'm going to be VAT registered soon with a new company and I cant seem to find any details about VAT and the Amazon associates program.

Can anyone please shed light on the procedure for this?

I suggest that you contact Amazon UK support. Do you have business account with Amazon UK? They sometimes have problem understanding difference between tax and VAt number. For example, mixing DE123456 with 123456 rezulting in trying to verify DEDE123456 and replying that you have submited wrong VAT number.

Germany stands for a Member State
DE stands for a Member State
123456 stands for your tax number
DE123456 is your VAT number
