UK accountants question

Are there such things as online accountants that you can hire ?

My previous accountant was a good guy, but he cost me money by forgetting to deduct a monthly student loans payment (and as a result, I had IR chasing me, lol ).
Also, I don't think he would know what paypal is/was.

Alternatively, if anyone can suggest accountants (that they've used) in the London Area.

BTW, would I have to discus BH with them, or inform them ?

My guys offshore so not much use to you. As strange as it may seem why not take a look on craigslist or gumtree at least you know they are web savvy! ....

Don't use an on-line one myself as I have a good local one but there are quite a few e.g.

I've no knowledge of how good any of these are but do a google for "on-line accounting -software" and you should be able to find quite a few

why do you need an accountant for your IM??

i do my own accounts and skim it like mad, thats a point of bh dont declare it.....
paypal money going to your bank could be bet winning and tax free, id never pay tax on paypal monies and if i can get away with it checks too lol
simply get yourself sage and skim the cream of the top of the bottle

unless your taking business checks to a LTD or LLP in which case buy alot of stuff with your company profits, and "give them away" as spivs to your "staff" (dont really keep them yourself) also dont take a mad wage to get taxed on, take a low as possable wage and take 1/2 yearly bonuses, anyway any decent accountant will tell you the same
