UGC in Bulk? (User generated content)

For those who might not know- user generated content (UGC) is what is crushing it not just on Tik Tok but also any other social platform. Does anyone know how to get these videos made in bulk for a cheap price? Sites like Billo and stuff are great, but they charge like $60 USD per video which as you can assume would add up super quickly.

Any ideas on how to farm this type of content for cheap that doesnt include ripping off other creators and remixing their videos (which doesnt work in the long run). Specifically for ecom. Thank you!

I sent a box of products to venezuela and it got stolen at customs lol. Thats the trade off for shipping to 3rd world countries.
