I am new with SEO and I need to do blackhatseo on one of our website. Wat softwre wouldou s prefer. I have basic programing skills, good with html and css and I can pretty much get around figuring how things work. Althoughinceim new with this your recomedtions and suggestions would mean alot.

there are other tools specific to each function you mentioned .
Since you have some programming exp . you can easily code your own email scarper or get free ones posted here or gsa or even Scrapebox can do that .
for form submission get imacro enterprise which is again available here .
For blog commenting etc either buy gsa or scrapebox .

I am suggesting this because ubot & zenno are useful only when you have some experience in seo and have a strategy which provides result to automate . You can invest your $300-400 somewhere else initially .

You can do that without having to buy ubot or zenno.GSA can take care of the form submissions,blog entries,commenting and Email Spider from the GSA guys can take care of email scraping and mass mail.

You can try zennoposter trial version if you want to get a hang of it.
If it looks promising to you, you can go for a full version. Else, buy softwares specific to each tasks you have listed above.
