try checking your firewall under "allow program through windows firewall" check if u2bviews is enabled . If not make sure to check it to make it enabled and make sure you have installed flash correctly from your computer and last but not the least try to run the program as "Administrator"
If you use views exchange sites or similar services like you want to use now you are risking and very big risk this is that your videos will go down saying someting similar like:
Becose in past days youtube got new toy for fake views and antipam my sggestion is wayt atleast week or so while all sites and all fake views giving people figure their ways how to bypass these things, however if you a programmer which u dont look like one you can experiment on youtube see whats working whats not remember: videos dont get down immediately as you upload them, usually it takes up to 78 hours to youtube figure out that you want trick their systems, so my sugegstion is in your situation upload 30 or more videos and do some testing on them use diferent views exchange services or similar but main goal what u want to do is just test what is working whats not, otherwise you will just hassle in weeks that your videos go down. its jus my opinion maybe its only my videos went offline couple days ago byut i saw several topics people complaining about this as well so .
