Hi,

Since u2bviews don't have their own forum and I know it's developer is also on BHW, I therefore ask this question here.

I've installed the new u2bviews viewer program, but I can't get it working. I tried all the tips on their website and the program still crashes on startup!

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bit....anyone got it working?

did you tried to follow the F.A.Q on the download page?
(have also windows 7 64 bits and other computer with xp and on both works like a charm)

The owner is here on BHW but i forgot his name look around though. If you really want to find him he has a gig on fiverr

djlobo: I did follow the FAQ on their site to the letter, the app still crashes

The program works fine on my x32 XP machine, but not on my x64 Win7. On my x64 Win7 the program just crashes on startup without any message, other then the default windows error message.

I'll try it later on, on a different win7 machine, look if that works without any problems.

Anyone got any tips/idea what could be the problem?

Don't know, I'm running it on my x64 win 7 with no problems. Try to reinstall .net framework 4

im on a mac, using crossover , cant get it to work at all :(

any mac users had any success ?

sdr_stoica: I did reinstall .NET framework, it was one of the tips in the u2bviews FAQ.. After reinstalling according to the FAQ, I still had the same problem!

Anyone got any tips?

I'm having the exact same problem. I double click to open the program, but nothing shows up. When I look at running processes it's not there. It looks like it closes itself immediately after running. Using Windows 7 x64

I need to urgently talk to you dj as 4 videos are stalled please check fiverr and private messages the rest are fine although slow views they are ticking over thanks

djlobo, I would like you to know that your software is easy to decompile and creating a bot for getting free credits is even easier. Look into this.

In installed u2bview on a other win7 x64 PC and it worked perfectly. Bit odd that it doesn't work on my win7 x64 system! The fact that I'm not the only one with this problem is a bit concerning because probably a lot of other users of u2bviews can't get it working, so the number of people using u2bviews will drop down... to bad, I loved the site!

Hopefully they can get it fixed soon!

Hey there, thanks for the warning spk, i wasnt aware of that, the bot was done by stoica and vlad (i think they are friends of you), well they told me that the software was compiled, and on the server side code (the php) has security measures to prevent that (this is what i saw on the php side), i will for sure look into that and talk with stoica. Thanks mate.

Hey chemmer i answered your message :)

Killerheck, we are looking into what is wrong, but me and vlad are 100% sure that this is due to either:
-Your antivirus blocking the application.
-Your NET framework is not installed properly like the instructions specify on the download page (check the download page on the FAQ section please.)
-Im trying to search an coder to develop an firefox / or /chrome addon for views (kinda like vagex) as soon as i find one we will have that addon so people who dont like to use the program (or have mac) can use this

Plus killerheck, dont give up on u2bviews, im giving everything i have for it to succeed so you really dont need to worry, the program minor bugs will be patched as soon as i find the reason, and the site will not die as long as im alive :)

Viewer works but when I looked on how many were online it said only 78 people this cant be right also it says available credits 0 but on the web site it tells me my real credits. I hope that people have not left u2bviews as 78 people online is not a big number and views appear to be going down

These people online numbers are not correct, the flash things that counts online people doesnt refresh and after 10 minutes timeout meaning that the guy who connected recently will only last the first 10 minutes on that "number" after that it will decrease, our average of online people at this moment is: allways 200+ online and 2000+ unique users per day, it seems increasing every day.

To refresh the credits on the program click on the "Refresh" bottum :)

And regarding the views, it was one of these "youtube slow down" problems this last 4 days, *(you could look at the most viewed section and see that the 1st never had more then 500.000 views when these normaly have 1.500.000 views around), it seems now fixed since my unlisted testing videos have been rising again since this morning :)

Running 64 bit windows been running u2b viewer since last night and it has not crashed once seems the most stablist viewer ever.

I would suggest you have at least 8 gigs of ram like me ;) Seems when the computer runs out of processess then it crashes u2b in order to accommodate other programs.

Running Viewet
U2b
Tube Exposure ones now all at once and vagex

defiantly worth getting 64 bit windows with a lot of mem :)

Steve

Does anyone know if tubexposure is working or if its worth it nobody seems to be answering their forums and I still have 4 videos that are stuck on points that I put up ages ago. Anyone else having these problems???
