U2bviews updates over and over

I have a problem with U2bviews. I download the program from the website. It installs and the icon appears on my desktop. I click on it and it asks me to update. I click update. The program then updates and after the update it prompts me to update again. It does this in an endless loop. Any way i can fix this?

Tends to always happen with them, I have some friends who always complain about them

go to the u2bviews folder and try to run the UPDATER with admin rights (run as administrator), also make sure your firewall isnt blocking the internet connection with u2bviews software.

And just for the record: i tested it myself right now and its working flawless, proof of that is also the huge amount of people that is surfing right now on the software without any problems.

Disable your firewall and antivirus. Saying because it works for me my eset smart security was blocking u2bviews software to update

yeap, eset usualy tends to cause problems like that, and if you wondering why, it might be blocking because we obfuscate the source code from our software for better security, wich is natural nowadays... i would sugest you to get a more mainstream and reliable antivirus such as norton or avg as those anti-virus work way better and dont cause this type of problems.

Ok, I shut off my anti virus and firewall still does the same thing. I removed it and restarted the computer, then re installed it. Unfortunately it is still doing the same thing. I even made sure my .net was updated. I am on a windows 8 computer. any more ideas? the firefox addon seems kind of glitchy.
