On the site:

I have 2 videos that are waiting for 250 views and nothing seems to be happening.

In the software:

Even though I can log into the site fine, the software keeps saying "invalid username or password".

Is anyone else having these problems?

UPDATE: Now the software is finally letting me login again, but even though it's watching / liking / commenting it's not earning credits!

i have tested it right now, and i have been running it for 5 minutes, i have earned this amount of credits and im earning credits for every action (views, likes, comments, favors, subscribers etc).

Try to restart your pc, make sure you have the lastest net framework, in some cases (like vista if im not wrong) you might need to start the u2bviews exe with admin rights althought its rare for the software to need admin rights, follow all the debug steps also on the download page on u2bviews website because i had people that following the images in there got any problems fixed.
If you still have this problem after all this steps, please record a youtube video of you using the software showing whats wrong and send to me via private message so i can look into what is wrong, but im pretty sure its something bad in your end because is working fine as you can see:

It's actually pretty ironic that I'm seeing this thread.

I used to have the U2b desktop app on my computer because I used to run it a little while back. Today I decided to run a virus scan with AVG, and it picked up 3 files. These 3 files didn't have a name on them but it didn't allow AVG to delete them, even as a power user. So I looked at the file directory that it was in c:\windows\installer\ for the file name that it came up under 255esomething.msi. I highlight the file to see what it is, and it's the u2b views installer file that got tagged as a Trojan Injector. I uninstalled the app and nothing comes up anymore.

Just wanted to give you guys the heads up.

Hey, u2bviews owner speaking, not sure where the hell did you find that virus, but it wasnt on my software, it was problably something that was already in your computer, i just scanned it right now so you guys can see and its 200% clean as you can see by this screenshot:

anyways, even if by any chance you get an positive in your antivirus, its a FALSE positive, most likely because of the compiller/obfuscation that we use on the software (to prevent people from decompiling our software), we have an huge and active userbase on u2bviews allong with an stablished reputation (everyone here knows u2bviews) plus people constantly talking on our facebook page and yet not a single person complained about finding a virus or something in it, funny enough how you say that your avg reports it as a virus because my AVG doesnt.

So what's with the views that were added last week not being delivered? You didn't address that at all.

What's everyone complaining about? I've used u2bviews everyday for the past week with no problems at all. My views are added, actually, like 3 times the views at minimum are added. And no. There's no virus.

U2bviews software stopped working for me. When I start it, it just keeps being idle and it won't start earning credits. What could be wrong?

AFAIK it has no virus, but not working as expected. Most of the time fails to login, at times I'm able to login but again kick out from the system whilst earning credits. Having said that, I'm able to get comments, comment rating etc perfectly!

djlobo: Is there any way you can increase comment rating more than 15? I can PM the link if you wish

got same problem then i leave it .. :P vagex also have problem now . the viewer doesn't play some videos .. even the timewatch set up to 60 seconds ..

I also have stuck views. I added 3 videos and they're all stuck since a few days. No views are added to them, even if i boost.
Also, it would be nice if adding views from the program wouldn't overwrite the ones added from the site :)

I gave up on U2bviews weeks ago, they suck. My videos would sit in pending and not get the views I ordered, would sometimes take over a week to deliver 1K views, and that was using boost too.

I've been having problems too. It's always stuck and I've been searching all over for answers. I tried unchecking the thumbs up comments, my flash is fully up to date and my .net framework is up to date. Everything is fully up to date, it just stopped working properly a few days ago. I honestly have no idea how to fix it. Even tried uninstalling and re-installing.
I don't know if anyone has a few ideas to try.

My u2b viewer works like a charm. Havent any problem. Thats Virus notifications are false. U2B after update working on 100% , subscribing was repaired.

Looks like I have found what the problem was.
1. Close u2bviews
2. Go to youtube.com and you should get "Sorry for the interruption. We have been receiving a large volume of requests from your network. To continue with your YouTube experience, please enter the verification code below."
3. Fill out captcha.
4. Start u2bviews.

Hi I use U2bviews everyday,
I to have problems with the software, when I fire it up it sometimes says that my username is invalid but all I have to do is click login once and then wait a little while and the it logs me in automatically. As for the views sometimes it says I'm not logged in on youtube and remains red and sometimes doesn't show me my earnings on the software even though i'm viewing videos, but what I found out is that if i go to the actual website and check my status there and refresh it now and then, the points are actually added although on the software it still says i'm not logged in.

Thought this might help some people who are having trouble with it :S.

Hey u2bviews owner, I congratulate you on your company's success so far. I understand you might get a little defensive, I would too. But let me clear a few things up, I don't want you to think I'm putting your software down. I simply made a post of something people should be aware of. YOUR program did get a hit on my scan, didn't come from anywhere else. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that it's a false positive. Rest assured, the world of computers is nothing new to me.

Just for your future reference:

  • Pictures, videos nor any other type of media is any sort of proof of anything. You more than many other members should know that.
  • If it can be compiled, it can be decompiled. No matter what.

Anyways, I wish you and your company the best the future can offer. Good Luck to you and your team.

Thanks for something else to try, Bogard. Still stuck. My problem is not getting views; it's earning credits. Always red. Logged in on youtube browser and then I opened u2bviews and the problem remains. Waiting 24 seconds to auto-restart, but even after 1 hour, it remains stuck. Anyone ever had this problem? I've tried their forums, fb, google and BHW. No luck. Though their FB did say to disable the double credit, but it didn't work.

could you please record a video of your problem *(using the software) and private message me it so i can see whats wrong?

regarding people that says they dont get views for days: your video gets views, but the u2bviews website counter can take sometimes days to refresh, normaly it only takes around 24-48 hours to refresh, but sometimes can take a bit more, but even thought it doesnt refresh on u2bviews you still get views on youtube itself
