u2bviews not doing what I'masking lately

all my videos are working as asked but this one video i just made i wanted to use for this and i got an message when i try to add video

"Sorry, we can not add this video to our system because of a YouTube Error. The error is: Syndication of this video was restricted."


what does this mean?
