U.S. Users Can't Buy .CO.UK??

I just bought my first ever .co.uk domain with namecheap.

I got the confirmation email and receipt emails from namecheap but the domain is not in my account yet and it's been over 10 minutes.

I've never had it take this long for a domain to appear in my account. I didn't get any errors while I was registering it so, how come the domain isn't showing?

Are we not supposed to be able to buy UK domains? Should I have used a proxy?

ofcourse you can buy UK domains, but what i find is co.uk domains take alittle longer to go through in some places

in future try 123reg.co.uk i never have a problem purchasing .co.uk's with them...

I got on their live chat support (<3 NameCheap) and they put it in my account.

And if anyone has particular problems I can help them (I have UK details)

All you'll need is a PayPal account and we should be able to work something out.

Nothing in it for me by the way but would like to help anyone who may be experiencing problems.
