You're saying that SIM card is enough and you do not need to use US IP in order to reach US audience but you're also saying that you are not able to see the demographic of your audience so how do you know that?
I can not believe that SIM can be enough for TikTok and the majority of your audience is from US if you uploading your videos from Eastern Europe IP.

No need to believe me lol, my feed is US, my likes are US, my followers are U.S, no need to see demographics analytics to see a huge difference in improvement of audience, since I tried everything

It doesnt matter if the sim card is active or not, it just needs to be in the phone, because TikTok reads the country code of the sim card.
i have uk simcard but when i try to connect on tiktok with simcard phone number i dont receive any sms for code ... what would be the problem ? is not activated but i receive good signal.

Thats because the sim card is probably inactive. Try to sign up with a gmail, that's what I'm doing.

I've also tryed that but with vpn and i've heard that vpn is bad for tiktok and i shouldn't use that and this will be the problem for getting 0-5 views on all my videos...After that i make a brand new account but this time without using vpn, and still getting 0 views. What should i do? Do i need a uk google account for that and set my language and time to uk? i've thinked of factory reset my phone to make that.

Nope, 90% of the VPN that you can use are already "blacklisted" within TikTok and you would have an almost guarantee shadowban or ban. Just use your home wi-fi. It does not matter that it is based in another country. Only thing TikTok cares about is the SIM card country code
