I created a hardware rack of automatically managed private U.S. cell phones which are managed by a master computer which hooks into my server backend. I created an API for my system which enables me to query messages, listen for messages, or send messages, so it’s very flexible.
However, I am not sure the best way to monetize this service. Should I make a website and allow people to rent these numbers, create a service for SMS verification, simply generate PVA accounts, turn these into 4G proxies, or something else? And given I have no established business as of yet, should I try to create a pretty front-end and market it, sell on marketplaces, or try to go B2B to supply more inventory to a particular business?
The multitude of combinations overwhelms me, and I would prefer selling them faster than to obtain the maximum profit per number. I don’t want to accidentally dip into an over-saturated market where genuine non-VOIP numbers have little value, but I don’t want to go too niche and search for clients for weeks. Any input from someone with sales experience would be fantastic.
