Yesterday I was using Google Keywords to find myself a new niche and a matching EMD domain name.

I found one (exact match domain) and placed my order shortly after. Now when I woke up this morning, I notied that I misspelled a letter (it's actually a grammatical error, the domain name is French, it are 4 words combined).

After realizing this, I went in a quick panic mode, checked Google Adwords keywords tool again, and noticed that the correct search term without the misspell receives only 590 exact monthly searches in Google.

So heres comes the funny part, the EMD I bought with the grammatical error receives around 6,600 global and 5,800 monthly local searches, way more than the correct one!

This is funny, right? A lucky misspell. Or is there anything I don't know about and am I feeling lucky for no reason?

I would definately prefer to have the one without error but it's been parked for more than 6 years now, but now it seems like it might be better to have the one with the misspell as it receives more hits on Google? It's just 1 letter anyway

Take the typo domain name and develop it, some things are just unexpected and you need to take it for granted.
