Type of backlinks

Hello i wonder what type of backlinks is this
https://domains.tntcode.com/ip/192.185.5.54

These are sites that attempt to create a bulked out presence by listing various data about domains or IPs. In this case they're passing themselves off as a tool to see what domains are hosted on the specified IP. Then as you can see they're also trying to sell links on those pages for $5 a pop. These are the sorts of backlinks your site picks up over time, like dogshit on your shoe. Nothing worth chasing.

I doubt anyone trying to sell links similar to the one you mention would get past the review stage for the BHW marketplace, so yes I do.
