Is there such thing as an affiliate that pays as the customer would be a reseller of the product?

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you saying - Product <-- Affiliate <-- Sub-Affiliate?

I don't understand this question either, are you saying you want to be an affiliate who gets paid to recruit affiliates?

I'm lost too but i think he's talking about some mlm shit.
Customers that are also the affiliates who can resell the product.
That my guess. Reword your question.
