TY Ratings, Sub, Fav, Friends service...

Right now I'm taking small business clients videos to page 1 of Google. I was recommended optimizet to get ratings, subscribers, friends and the video favorited. 25 of each for $3.

There site doesn't seem to be taking orders and I got no luck from emailing them.

Does anyone know of a good and reliable service for this? Or someone on fiver that is reliable for this?
