Two Youtube Questions

Hello! Today I have 2 simple Youtube questions.

1. How much is ranking affected if you do not allow comments?

2. Can I rank more than one video for the same keyword on the same account?

If you can answer these, that would be excellent. Cheers!

In my experience... I had a bunch of videos I uploaded for a client. The ones that we purchased comments, likes and subs stuck to G serps quite nicely.
 
1. I'm not too sure, in the past I've had videos with comments disabled reach number 1 with a competitive keyword
2. Yeah you can do it
 
Clarification on question one would be greatly appreciated. I might just end up adding some custom comments via EV, then make it approved only; As I am dealing with the Fake Game hack Niche. :)
 
I dont think not allowing comments would affect your account or visibility or ranking. The only thing that matters when youtube shows ur videos in the search results are KEYWORDS and then NO. of Views and nothing else.

I think u can add as many videos with the same keywords on the same account. That would even help you to achieve control over the suggested list of videos which pops up beside ur upload

Do you have any proof at all to back up your statements? For example, show us a video that ranks well for a competitive keyword and has no comments or has comments turned off...

That's a bold statement to make without any proof.
 
1.well if your videos would have comment with the keyword it would be easier to rank.But on the longterm it doesn't really matter.
2.You can rank as many videos from the same account for the same kw as long as on and off page seo is fine
 
I haven't personally found any true affect on comments with ranking YouTube videos. & Yes you can

Okay, thanks! Because so often people only put 1 video on each Youtube account. I personally think that if you have 3 or so good ranking videos per account, all your videos rank higher.
