I own and want to get rid of everstretch.com and collegetanks.com.
I haven't done anything to monetize either of them, yet. So, my first question is: if it's worth monetizing them before selling them, then how should I monetize them? I was thinking I might sell affiliate products on both - stretching/health products on everstretch and clothing on college tanks.
Second, what's the process I should go through to sell them? Monetize, then market, then flippa?
