Two websites in same niche but in different languages

Can i get in trouble with G if i have two very similar websites in same niche but in two different languages and on two different domains?

Some of the URLs could be the same, example: domain1.com/nikon-review

Nope not a problem. But you can make few changes in the look of site and structure.

Yes, the disign and even half of the content will be totaly different, only some URLs and the general topic of the website will be kinda same.

Still worried tho....
