Two versions of website subdomain?

Ya it helps but content should not be the same. If you are using wordpress use AMP if in case you existing theme is not mobile supported. But my suggestion is If possible instead of creating subdomain. Try to optimize the main domain for mobile. Its not hard to optimize main domain for mobile. Hire a developer for mobile optimization.

The idea is to use diferent worpress instalations and diferent themes, but the only thing is the subdomain version is only the Home Page.
In this case if i use the same information of my domain home page for the subdomain home page, can hurts my seo?

You mean your subdomain for mobile only contains home page? You can do it. Use canonical tag. You like it or not doesnt matter. YOu should analyse what your users like. USe this tool smartlook.com, they offer free trial. If you want they will again extend I personally use this to understand user behaviour. You can see live recordings of user activites.
