Two types of people?

Hi! It seems to me that there are usually two groups of people here on BHW.
The first group posts a method, they tweak it here and there, add a twist and off they go earning money and they make it seem so very easy.
Then you have the second group that goes from method to method with virtually no progress, disheartened by the apparent difficulty of IM.

What is your opinion? Why does this happen? How can we fix it and help?
