Hello,
I have two small suggestions for the forum (if they were already said, sorry):
1) A new member can open a new thread only when he has 15 posts, like for sending MP. It would avoid new scam/shitty/click-my-referral-link thread opened by new members with only one post.
2) For the marketplace, I know that moderators try the service to see if it's good. But could you make secret buyers/testers? Some moderators could have a secret second account (a newbie account, for example, with 100 posts), and buy services in the marketplace with that newbie account. As soon as there is a problem, the service thread is blocked instantly. It's a way to tell to futur scammers that moderators will react very fastly.
