two results in serps https and http ( I don't have SSL)

    My problem is I am getting two results in serps when I check for omitted results
    on is with https and other with http

    I don't have a ssl , this can be solved via webmaster tools , please need your help to solve this

    when I click on https url in google it says site is insecure

    Why not just getting an SSL certificate using letsencrypt or openssl? Most hosting companies already provide letsencrypt as a single button option

    in my case it happened because Softaculous is now adding https by default when installing wordpress. If your website is based on wordpress, simply go to Settings > General and remove the https from both blog and site url fields.

    and then redirect the https to http version via htaccess

    I am almost 95% sure you have auto ssl turned on on your server assuming you use WHM, if so in the search type in manage auto ssl. and turn it off if you do not want https listings.
