Hi! advise good affiliates with weight loss products

if I don't speak English well, is there any way I can sign up for maxbounty without a phone interview?

Can you speak well enough to get your point across? If so, you shouldn’t have an issue with the call. They care more about how you plan on promoting their offers than your English.

You would need probably call of some kind normally by Skype or other things often which would be done in English but I think they allow German or other languages now in the calls.
