Two Questions on WordPress Plugins

Hi All,

I am looking for a solution and this is the forum where I look into whenever I am stuck. I have 2 questions and a hit on the search button didn't really gave me the exact answer that I need, so here I am, with this thread. As I said, I have a couple of questions and those are:

1) Is there any WordPress plugin that automatically makes a Facebook page update, Twitter tweet and Google Plus share as soon as my post in WordPress site is published? I mean whenever a post is published in my site, I want the same to be automatically published in the 3 of these social networking sites as well. Is there any plug-in which automates this?

2) What is the best free WordPress plugin available for securing my site from hackers? I got a lot of names, but I cannot decide which one to choose.

There's a plugin that posts autoblog posts strait to Twitter but it doesn't do FB or g+.
