two questions - facebook groups

first question :

I am aiming to create a small empire of Facebook groups under a brand name, with different topics in each , such as Buy & sell, Vacancies etc etc..

in the country i live (420k Population), the biggest group has 70k people.

I am aiming to create like 20 groups with 20-30K members in each group.

I searched some websites with around 80-100K LOCAL TRAFFIC and their rates for their largest advert in size, are around 100-200 Euros per week.

Now I was hoping that with 20 groups (if i can find a way do them without getting banned every day lol :/) I will ask advertisers for 100-300 euros for the cover photo and 25-50 euros for the pinned post every 4 WEEKS depending on joined members.

Do you think it is easy to find Cover Photo and Pinned post sales? (ie. making money from advertising?)

Because if i get the minimum of 100 + 25 every 4 weeks for every group = 2500 euros / 4 weeks = 32500 euros yearly, which is half of what the prime minister gets paid in my country

second question :

How can you make a group which requires a specific email or something else to join? and also how can you make a group within a group?

Manage groups take a lot of time in contrary of pages.

- You have to check/validate manually posts (if you don't want spam, off topics...)
- You have to check/validate new members (if you don't want spammers)
- You have to delete one by one spam in comments
.... and the reach in groups in not so good.

I you have one big group you can manage easily, but manage empire of facebook groups, will take you a lot of work ! So be prepared.

It will be difficult to ask for money... because they can spam other groups for free (or spam your groups for free)

yeah, true about spammers etc, but i thought i will delegate some work by adding some moderators

If you can delegate some work you can, but don't forget it's a daily work, and you need to keep engagement in the group (create a real community of users)

About the guy who have a 70K group and 100K registrations on his website, I'm not sure that the reason is only his group.

70K group it will take you at minimum 1 and half - 2 years of work (took me this time)

yeah it took him 4 years to get 70k group organically of buying and selling, meaning it was highly active therefore he made a rule to his group that only links from his website will be accepted on the group and if anyone uses any other one will get banned.

to be honest in my country we don't have lots of spammers or people posting porn and nude content in these groups (i've never seen one single post lol) so i was hoping that i would make say a fitness group and from 30k ppl, there would be at least 1k of them highly interested in fitness and just post content themselves while i rake the money from ads.

same thing with buy & sell groups etc.

Second question I don't really know, but I think it's partnership with universities, so you can't create by yourself (it's like wiki page in facebook you can't create them)
