Two questions about flippa. . . Help is appreciated

I'm a bit confused about flippa at the moment.

My first question is about their listing price. It saids 19$ for a regular listing, but then 29$ for a premium listing. If I go with the premium listing fee will I have to pay the original $19 + 29$ or is it just $29?

My second question is about payment. I was wondering if they took paypal as a payment solution?

I just listed a couple of sites last week. Its $19 fee then if want it to be "featured" it'll cost you another $29. And yeah they take PayPal.

Yes, valle is correct. Don't forget the success fee either, you'll have to pay that 1 month after your site sells.
